Alexandra Cohen

Alexandra Cohen serves as Principal – Capital Formation at Promus Capital Management. Alex joined Promus under its prior ownership in 2025 and focuses on expanding investor partnerships, driving product strategy across investment platforms, and overseeing the firm’s marketing and brand development efforts.

Alex has a decade of investor relations and fundraising experience across private equity and other alternative asset classes. Prior to Promus, she was Director of Investor Relations at 7wire Ventures and Vice President of Investor Relations at Wind Point Partners. She began her career in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, conducting due diligence on private equity and strategic buy-side M&A transactions.

Alex earned her B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a licensed CPA. She lives in Northbrook, Illinois, with her husband Omri and their two boys.
