Jack Allen serves as Associate – Private Equity at Promus Capital Management. Jack joined Promus under its prior ownership in 2024 and is actively involved in evaluating and executing new investment opportunities for the firm’s private equity strategy.

Jack previously served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company where he executed sell-side M&A transactions for middle-market businesses in the eCommerce and Food & Beverage sectors.

Jack earned his B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He currently lives in Chicago and enjoys running, golfing, cooking, traveling, attending concerts, and completing the NYT games.
