Maureen King

Maureen King serves as Partner - Chief Financial Officer of Promus Capital Management. Maureen joined Promus under its prior ownership in 2021 and oversees all aspects of accounting, tax, audit, and cash management.

Prior to Promus, Maureen was Controller at RDG Funds and handled the accounting for real estate investments and property management. Prior to RDG, she worked at Schwartz Capital Group, a family investment firm. Previously, she was Controller at Vequity, LLC, a real estate development and construction company. Maureen also worked as a Tax Manager with First Industrial Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT and was part of the tax group of KPMG, LLC.

Maureen earned a B.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University’s Strobel Honors Accounting Program and is a Certified Public Accountant. She lives in Chicago with her husband Jason and enjoys traveling, bike riding, and working in her garden.
