Michael Tresley

Michael Tresley serves as Associate – Real Estate at Promus Capital Management. Michael joined Promus under its prior ownership in 2024 and is involved in various aspects of investment activity across the real estate platform, including underwriting, negotiating, closing, managing, and reporting on both direct investments and fund investments. Additionally, he contributes to fund and capital raises.

Prior to Promus, Michael worked at Prime Finance for three years, where he focused on debt investments.

Michael earned a B.S. in Finance at Real Estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He currently lives in Chicago and enjoys reading, golfing, exploring new restaurants, and following Chicago sports.
