Steve Brown

Steve Brown serves on the investment committees for Promus Capital Management’s Promus Access and Promus Realty strategies and also serves as a Strategic Advisor to Waverly Advisors.

Steve also is a Managing Partner of Promus Holdings, where he focuses on identifying, underwriting, closing, and managing private equity investments for Promus Equity Partners, the direct private equity investing arm of Promus Holdings. Prior to joining Promus in 2012, Steve was a Partner at CHS Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. Prior to that, he worked at Heller Financial.

Steve holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He lives in Golf, Illinois, with his wife Carolyn and their three children.
